College Care Ministry Donation bin is located by the Kitchen. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted to help with postage. Please designate “College ministry” and place in the offering. * Student Info is due Sunday! * Submit student info even if info hasn’t changed. We reset our list each semester! Help us pack and pray over the boxes on Monday, 11/3 @ 6pm! Suggested items to donate by November 2nd:

Fishnet Meeting This Week! This group of amazing ladies meets on Thursdays from 9AM-12 noon at the home of Linda Beyer. They process large quantities of eyeglasses and sunglasses to be sent all over the world! If you would like to join them, please contact Linda.

Please remember to sign up for the Wednesday night meal no later than today to ensure we have enough food for Wednesday night.
Served: 4:45-5:45PM | Suggested Donation is $3/person or $10/family
Sign Up Sunday: Ramp Bulletin Board, in SBS class or call the office
Menu: Meatloaf, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, and the desserts you bring. Desserts are on a donation basis; feel free to share a dessert any time.
Special Needs: If you know of a shut-in or elderly person you would like to deliver a meal to, please sign them up and indicate “Shut-In”. Meals for special needs are free of charge.

Winterwear Collection We are collecting gently used, like-new winter outerwear, e.g. coats, hats, gloves, scarves, snowpants, etc. They will be delivered to Rochester, NY where our missionary Marvin Robinson will hand them out to the community. Donation Box in main lobby. Due 11/16.
Montour County Feed A Friend Collection basket will be in the Main Foyer through October! Top Suggestions: Canned items such as
vegetables, tuna, cranberry sauce, fruit, soup, pasta & sauce, mac & cheese, boxed stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc. No refrigerated or frozen items, please.

Halloween is coming! Give your trick-or-treaters something sweeter than the candy you’re handing out – the gospel! Halloween-themed tracts are available at the Tract Rack for pickup during the month of October.
Vintage Knolls Visit is Saturday at 1:30 pm. Anyone is welcome to come. Contact Louann Wilkie at (412) 913-1511 if you are interested. Let’s be the hands and feet of Jesus to our community.
Annual Business Meeting is Sat., Nov. 15, 2024 @ 9AM in BFLC. Breakfast served at 8:30AM. YES! There will be breakfast! Join us for sausage, egg and cheese sandwiches, fruit, and fresh sticky buns. Sign up in the main lobby, or in your Sunday School class and note how many will be attending. We encourage your attendance as there will be important matters of discussion. We will be voting on:
- newly nominated Board & Committee members
- proposed budgets for 2026
Pictures Needed FBC would like to honor any veteran who has served. If you have not done so previously, please send in a picture of your veteran in military dress, if possible, to the church office by November 2nd. Include name and branch of military served.
October is Pastor & Children’s Ministry Director Appreciation Month! Final week! A card box is available in the main lobby to love on our pastors and CMD, especially during this month.

International Day of Prayer for Persecuted Christians is Sunday, November 2. This day is set aside as a global prayer meeting on behalf of persecuted Christians who stand as a bold witness to Christ on the world’s most dangerous frontiers.
