In Honor of Our Fathers FBC is giving a monetary gift to our prison ministry. This ministry brings the good news of the gospel to prisoners in three local facilities. They have seen inmates come to know Christ as their Savior and have had the opportunity to baptize several inmates.

Ladies Grief Group has been put on hold for the summer. The group will resume again in September with the start of our fall ministries.

Jr. Children’s Church Team Members Needed We are expanding and looking for a few more individuals wanting to share their time, energy and love of Jesus with these precious little ones. Interested? Call the office (570) 275-1511 or email us at email@danvillefirstbaptist.org!

Make a Bee-Line to the Library! Check out the new arrivals that have just buzzed in!! Your children will bee thrilled with the selection of books and DVDs. Please bee sweet as honey and make sure you’re returning what you’ve borrowed. Don’t worry! We don’t sting for late returns!

Active Retired Men in Service Thursdays @ 8:30AM. This great group of guys meets for devotions, prayer time and lots of fellowship! Following their group time, they also help out around the church. Come on over!

VBS Volunteer Signups Make sure you are up-to date with your clearances at danvillefirstbaptist.org/safe-church. Go to our website to
complete the annual Safe Church Training videos and fill out the corresponding form.
VBS Portal is available Watch the training video to get your T-shirt. T-shirts can then be picked up in the office! Suggested Donation is $13.
Pick up a Prayer Guide on the VBS table TODAY to begin praying for this amazing outreach opportunity!
Kiddo Registration Is Now Open for kids AGES 3 (must be potty trained) – 6TH GRADE. Pick up a paper copy in the main lobbyor register your kids online.
Decorating Days Wednesdays June 18, 25, July 2 @ 6pm – Hop aboard and help us turn a blank canvas into a desert oasis. Whether you’re crafty or along for the ride, every hand helps. Come create, decorate, and connect. It’ll be a rootin’-tootin’ good time!

The Prison Ministry teams are meeting at the North Central Secure Treatment Unit here in Danville each week! If you are interested in the men’s prison ministry contact Jim Cunfer.

Summer Ministry Opportunity This summer, we’re inviting everyone to pick up a Rice Box by the Mission Wall in the main lobby! Use it to collect your loose change throughout the summer months. Ladies Retreat Weekend Sept. 12-14, 2025 at Linck Hill Inn, Morris, PA. Ladies 18+ are invited to a great weekend of Bible study (diving into Romans 12), games, great food, service project, building relationships and creating new ones, and much more. FBC Summer Reading Program Our Library is welcoming kids from Kindergarten to 6th grade to take part in our Bible Reading Challenge! Stop in to pick up your card and earn a prize once you have finished! A parent/guardian signature is required on your completed card for prize eligibility. Happy reading! Cards are due back August 17th!
