recommended by our Board of Deacons: Josh & Kim Long. We will also have an update on the sale of the parsonage.

Halloween is coming Give your trick-or-treaters something sweeter than the candy you are handing out—the gospel!! Halloween-themed tracts are available at the Tract Rack for pickup during the month of October.
 
Baptism Sunday is happening Dec 11th for anyone interested.

Fishnet This group of amazing ladies meets on Thursdays from 9AM-12 noon. at the home of Linda Beyer, 536 Fourteenth St., Riverside. They process large quantities of eyeglasses and sunglasses to be sent all over the world! If you would like to join them, please contact Donna Outt.
 
Active Retired Men in Service Thursdays @ 8:30AM. This great group of guys meet for devotions, prayer time and lots of fellowship! Following their group time, they also help out around the church as well. Come on over!
 
Feed-A-Friend of Montour County – Collection basket will be in the Main Foyer for the month of October! Top Suggestions: Canned items such as vegetables, tuna, cranberry sauce, fruit – Pasta, Mac & Cheese, Soup, Boxed Stuffing, etc. No refrigerated or frozen items, please.
 

College Care Ministry – Donation bin is located by the Kitchen. Monetary donations are gratefully accepted to help with postage. Please designate “College ministry” and place in the offering.Help us pack and pray over the boxes on 10/24 @ 6pm! Suggested items to donate by Sunday 10/23:

FBC is Hosting the Jubilee Kitchen – Diane Gelbaugh will be mixing things up in the Jubilee Kitchen on November 20th. Monetary donations would be greatly appreciated to cover the cost of the meal. Please make checks out to FBC with “Jubilee Kitchen” in the memo. Any excess donations will go to benefit the Youth fund.
 
MEN’S MINISTRY FORUM – All men are invited to the gym on Saturday, November 5th from 9-10:30 am for food, fellowship and worship. Come and learn more about the men’s ministries here at First Baptist. Breakfast is provided! You can sign up at the Welcome Desk, Welcome Table or by contacting the church office.
