CE Board Potluck Lunch & Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 12 at 12pm in the gym.
 
Barnabas Sunday Next Week During the first Sunday of every month, FBC collects food items for the Danville Food Bank. The collection basket is in the Foyer. January’s need is for Canned Fruit.
 
LuoPad Team Join us the first Thursday of every month in the gym at 9:30am. If you’d like sewing lessons so you can help out, contact Patty Miller. Monetary donations can be made out to FBC with LuoPads in the memo.
 
Fishnet Ministries processes large quantities of goods that will be sent to the mission field. They meet this Thursday from 9-12 and will be working in Room 9 processing eye glasses. All are welcome!
 
Christmas May Be Over…But We’re Still Celebrating!!
  • Christmas Offering Envelopes are located in the pews for the final week of 2019. The Christmas Offering will go toward our Forever Being Changed ministry expansion project!
  • Christmas Letters from Our Missionaries – A flurry of Christmas letters arrived during December from around the world! Check out the
    Missionary Wall located in the Springer Chapel lobby!
 
Midweek Meals will resume on January 8.
 
FBC Connect Class – Sundays @ 9:15 – Jan. 12, 19 & 26 – If you are new here and would like to know what we are all about or if you have questions on being baptized or becoming a member, then this is your class! This is a 3-part class will take place in the Conference Room (across from the church office) during the Sunday School hour. If you have any questions, feel free to call the office!

  • The Christmas Tree of Love program reached out & blessed 47 people in our community. A special thanks to Ruth Ann Hawkins for

  • 400 Truckers were blessed through donations FBC & other local churches provided.

NEW Ladies Open Door Bible Study – TUES. 1/21 @ 9AM | WED. 1/15 @ 6PM – In this verse-by-verse study of the Book of Hebrews, Jen Wilkin explores how God “provided something better for us” in the person of Jesus Christ (Heb. 11:40).
